Delivery Windows: Our deliveries typically take place between [e.g., 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM] on Saturdays and Sundays. While we can't guarantee a specific minute, we promise your blooms will arrive hydrated and happy.

The "Porch" Protocol: If no one is home to greet us, we will leave your arrangement in a safe, shaded spot. You’ll receive a text notification the moment the magic has landed.

Weather Watch: In the event of extreme North Carolina heat or freezing temperatures, we may contact you to coordinate a delivery time when someone is home to bring the flowers inside immediately.
